Held over a weekend in New York City, the Sprout Film Festival is an event dedicated to film and video related to the field of developmental disability.

The goal is an enjoyable and enlightening experience that will help breakdown stereotypes, promoting a greater acceptance of differences and awareness of similarities.”
The 2014 Sprout Film Festival will be held May 31st to June 1st at the School of Visual Arts (SVA) Theater in New York City.
