“June is Hydranencephaly Awareness Month. In an effort to spread awareness, as well as raise money for the Global Hydranencephaly Foundation, “Let’s Roll!”, a walk/run event will be held globally June 28th and 29th, 2014. Sponsor/Pledge sheets will be provided to each registrant, and GHF encourages registrants to seek out family, friends, co-workers, local businesses, etc. to “sponsor” the foundation, raising funds for future endeavors.
Participants are encouraged to take lots of photos and videos that GHF may share after the event on our Facebook page, blog and website! Prizes will be announced for most sponsors, most money raised, and best wheelchair decorations!
Entry Fee: Registration begins May 5th – Registration fee of $25.00 includes one t-shirt and sponsor/pledge sheet per individual registrant. Hydran children roll for free (of course!) T-shirts for bees (children with hydranencephaly) can be purchased for $20, while addition adults and children are $22/$20 if not registering individually. Dealine is May 25th.”
