The Henderson Family, May 2017<\/b>
<\/b><\/p>\n

\n

The Henderson family is our newest benefitting family at Pediatric Brain Foundation! One of our Little Sunshine’s Playhouse<\/a> team members reached out to us to share Caileb’s story and we were more than happy to assist this<\/span>\u00a0family in every way that we could!<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

\n

Caileb suffered two
\nmajor strokes while in utero, one on each side of his brain.\u00a0His mother, Chasity,
\nfound this out after there was a decrease in fetal movement during her 38th
\nweek of pregnancy.\u00a0Since the strokes, Caileb has had a multitude
\nof effects on his brain and body. He is 19 months old, yet is at the developmental level of a 4 month old.\u00a0<\/span>Caileb has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy
\nand Epilepsy. He is on many medications, has a home nurse,
\nand 8 different therapists and physicians. His sweet mother, Chasity, says Caileb’s number one fan is his brother, Khaiden!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Faucett Family, April 2017<\/b><\/p>\n

The Faucett family will be our first benefiting family at Pediatric Brain Foundation. We were heartbroken when we heard little Le’Kai’s story and knew we wanted to do all we could to help this family.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Allison and her son, Le\u2019Kai, have been going through a tremendous amount of suffering since July 2016, when Le\u2019Kai was diagnosed with Shaken Baby Syndrome at only 7 months old. The\u00a0single mother credits her family for helping them through this trying time as she and her son have been in and out of hospitals since the incident. During this time, she has incurred a large sum of medical bills. This hard-working mother needs assistance with her son’s medical expenses, and with our help we can aid them in reaching their goals<\/p>\n
