Rochette&#8217;s passion for creating engaging environments for young children<br \/>\nto grow and flourish came to life in 2002 with her creation of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlesunshine.com\/\">Little Sunshine&#8217;s Playhouse\u00a0and Preschool<\/a>, a national preschool and early childhood education program for children 6 weeks to 5 years.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\">Their<br \/>\nlong-time passion has been to develop cognitive, social, emotional and physical<br \/>\nabilities in young children in a way that was not being delivered in the field<br \/>\nof Early Childhood Education previously. The work at the <a href=\"https:\/\/pediatricbrainfoundation.org\/archive\/about\/mission-and-vision\/\">Pediatric Brain Foundation<\/a><br \/>\nis an extension of that passion and dream that all children should be able to<br \/>\ngrow healthy and enjoy their childhood. They have stepped into their<br \/>\nroles as executive board members and advocates for change in pediatric<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/pediatricbrainfoundation.org\/archive\/educate\/term\/neurology\/\">neurology<\/a> and neuro-oncology.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-edit-node\">            <span class=\"field-content\">&nbsp;<\/span>    <\/div>\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-delete-node\">            <span class=\"field-content\">&nbsp;<\/span>    <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"views-row views-row-2 views-row-even\">\n<div class=\"row-fluid\">\n<div class=\"span2\">\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-field-image\">\n<div class=\"field-content\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pediatricbrainfoundation.org\/archive\/files\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/small\/public\/person\/image\/abbyd_72-200x300-itok-wtemnji9.jpg\" width=\"93\" height=\"140\" alt=\"\"\/><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"span10\">\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-title\">\n<h4 class=\"field-content\">Abby Davis<\/h4>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-field-person-position\">\n<div class=\"field-content meta\">Director<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"views-field views-field-body\">\n<p class=\"field-content\">Abby was named Director of Pediatric Brain Foundation in 2019. As the Director, Abby leads strategic discussions, community outreach and works to shape the foundation\u2019s reach and impact through future strategic hires.\u00a0<br class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\"\/><br class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\"\/><\/p>\n<p class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\"><span style=\"background-color: initial;\">Abby is also the Chief Operating Officer of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlesunshine.com\/\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlesunshine.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Little Sunshine\u2019s Playhouse and Preschool<\/a> and has been with the company since 2012 where she began her career as a Program Director.  Under her leadership and with her commitment to providing the highest quality of early education, LSP has continues to grow.\u00a0<br class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\"\/><\/span><span style=\"background-color: initial;\"><br class=\"tkgyxz44ddvou8s4e\"\/>She oversees the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.littlesunshine.com\/locations\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"background-color: initial;\" rel=\"noopener\">29 locations<\/a><span style=\"background-color: initial;\"> providing direction and support to school leadership teams, staff, families and children. Abby loves serving others and thrives on creating a warm environment for every person, big and small, within the Little Sunshine\u2019s and PBF community. Amber is deeply committed to Little Sunshine\u2019s Playhouse and all the employees and families. She is proud of her role within the company and works diligently to ensure the best practices and processes are in place to provide a positive experience for everyone within the system. Amber has obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Missouri State University and in 2016 she received her MBA from Missouri State University.
